What I would like to say is if somebody has CAM errors on an AMD SB7x chipset should think about explicitly disabling AHCI power saving as I suggested which may take you 0.8W but you get a stable system for this small price. Both GPUs are v2.0 cards, and v3.0 slots are supposed to work with v2.0 cards. I found that by going into the BIOS and restricting PCIe slots 2 and 5 to v2.0 speeds (5 GB/s) instead of the default v3.0 supported by the Z420, the GPU would run reliably.
